Kieran Luke milledge tortured his dog on an Essex train, hanging the poor dog and swinging him against the wall of the train he then squashed the dogs face against a seat with his foot. The poor dog was so fearful for his life he emptied his bowels on the seat. Excrement was also found on the train walls. Ronnie died 3 days after the attack. Please give this horrible man a sentence fitting for the despicable torture of this poor dog. 

We ask you, PM Theresa May to intervene and make sure this man is sentenced to the maximum sentence and make him an example to any other that feels it's safe to abuse ANY animal
